We have a track record in keeping our customers happy and their homes safe from the weather.  Here's what each job will include:

• We will clean all surfaces to be painted, including pressure washing. We will also target areas that are susceptible to moisture and mold/mildew problems and/or chalking paint.
• We will scrape all surfaces of peeling paint, taking extra care when required because of lead paint. You will be made aware of any areas that need attention or repair. Rough surface edges will be sanded and smoothed out. 
• Any large gaps will be caulked and any large voids or holes will be filled and sanded.
• All areas such as bare wood, caulk, and filler will be primed with the appropriate high grade primer.
• Finally, all surfaces will be painted with a premium quality exterior paint (we recommend Benjamin Moore).
• All the while we are on the job, your house and yard will be kept clean and safe and daily updates of our progress will be given.
