Job Descriptions:
Paint Team Leader
A leader must one who leads by example and so our Paint Team Leaders must be able to motivate themselves and others, follow our Core Value Statement (CV) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure that others do the same. Paint Team Leaders must put the client's satisfaction first and go the extra mile to ensure the client is happy with each step of the job. Light carpentry skills (minor repairs, replacements) are must. Heavy carpentry skills (large repairs, full replacement) will be paid the Carpenter Pay Rate for the time spent.
Responsibilities:
Able to lead a team of 2-4 Paint Team Technicians
2+ years of painting experience
Following Core Value Statement
Following Standard Operating Procedures
Ensure Paint Team Technicians follow CV and SOPs
Have great communication skills
Ensure the client is happy with each job each day
Report to the Manager at the start and close of each day
Accurately report the hours worked for each Team Member each day
Pay Rate: $20-$25 / hour (commensurate with experience)
